Kitchen Fridge Freezer wasn't plugged in but worked around it until got resolved. A person came and fixed it but there was no notification of a visit and only knew it got fixed as there was a note on the table after we returned from being out.
The Check-In process was easy enough but instructions for getting a parking pass for Wilsons over the road were inaccurate. Email communication is in need of updating and improvement.
